Amber excelled for over a decade as a Senior Medical Policy Analyst at a Fortune 20 company, where she brought strategic insight to complex regulatory and benefit decisions. After being promoted to Program Manager, she earned her Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt and gained extensive experience in project management, driving efficiency and impact across multiple initiatives, simultaneously.
